Shipping & returns
How team gear orders ship, and how returns and exchanges work.
Shipping
Race week: the team is at the Key West World Championships, Nov 1-8. Orders placed now ship starting Nov 9. Come see us in Key West
We ship Fuel 1 Team Racing gear to addresses in the United States.
- Standard shipping: $8 on orders under $100
- Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more
- Express shipping: $15
You'll see the shipping options and the final cost at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders ship within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, not including holidays). Race weeks can add a day or two; we'll email you if your order will take longer.
Tracking
When your order ships you'll get an email with the tracking number.
Pickup
We ship every order; we don't offer local pickup at this time.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email us at mike@fuel1team.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
Returns & exchanges
Returns
You can return unworn, unwashed items with their original tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll swap it for the size you need, if it's in stock.
How to start a return
Email mike@fuel1team.com with your order number and the item you're returning. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong; in that case we cover it.
Items we can't take back
Hats and drinkware (bottles) that have been worn or used. Gift cards and sale items marked final sale.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you and send the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace the item or refund it, including shipping.
